When you partner with QHS, you’ll be free to come and go from our program as you please. All we ask is that you give us 30 days notice if you do choose to unlist your home with us.

No, but we do require that all homes that wish to use QHS are year-round rentals. You are free to use your home for as much personal use as you’d like – but if you plan to only rent out your home occasionally, your home may not be a great fit for our program. We also reserve the right to cancel a homeowner agreement if the home is predominantly unavailable for bookings.
To some degree, yes. While QHS does not work exclusively with luxury properties, we do focus on upper-end rentals in desirable locations. This could be a high-end studio condo or an inviting mid-range home within a prime vacation destination. We will look at your home and let you know if we feel it will be a good fit for our program.
