  • Login and view the calendar, add bookings, generate quotes, and see finalized owner statements.
  • The owner portal is a web-based, mobile-friendly portal. Owners can access it from any device using their username and password.

Here is an overview of the modules and features included in the owner portal:

 

  • At a Glance Dashboard: This module provides a high-level overview of the activity in the owner’s unit, such as upcoming arrivals and departures.

  • Unit Details: This module allows owners to view unit details, such as the unit’s address, unit type and coordinate codes. 

  • Reservations Manager: This module allows owners to create and manage reservations for their unit. Owners can create owner guest or owner staying reservation types and see the availability calendar.

  • Quotes: This module allows owners to create and send quotes to potential renters. Quotes are generated using the rates that have been configured in the owner’s portal.

  • Owner Statement: This module allows owners to view finalized monthly/annual statements. Statements show the income and expenses for the unit. Statements are only visible in the owner portal once they have been finalized.

  • User Details: This module allows owners to manage their profile and portal settings. Owners can change their password, email address, and contact information in this module.
